Concepcion S. Escobedo passed away peacefully on August 17, 2021. Concepcion "Conce" was born on December 8, 1934 in San Antonio, TX.

Conce is preceded in death by his wife, Ramona Elena Escobedo in 1986 and by his wife Maria Escobedo in 2014.

He is survived by his 5 sisters and his children; Rosario Tobias, Janie Lisa Lopez (Anthony), Melinda Escobedo (Denise Davis), Victoria Sandoval (Felipe, Sr.), Linda Reyes (Edward), Alicia Ramirez (Oscar), Tony Escobedo (Norma Martinez) and Christina Rangel (Kristian). He had 22 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Conce was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 8036. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros fan. He loved music and socializing. He was a career truck driver for Merchants Fast Motor Lines.

Visitation and Rosary to be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 (4 – 8:00 pm; Rosary at 6:00 pm) at Castillo Funeral Home, 529 N. General McMullen Dr., San Antonio, Texas. Burial procession will depart the funeral home Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 10:00 am for an 11:00 am burial at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, Texas.
