Concepcion P. Fernandez passed away peacefully on Friday, August 2, 2024, at the age of 72. She was born on December 8, 1951, in Mexico. Concepcion loved to celebrate life and spend time with her family. She was passionate about music and enjoyed dancing. Concepcion was a seamstress and loved to sew for her family. She will be forever missed by all those that knew and loved her. She is reunited in heaven with her husband of 54 years Salvador Fernandez and sons Salvador Fernandez, Jr. and Jose Luis Fernandez now newly reunited they will watch over and protect their families from heaven.  Concepcion's memory lives on in the hearts her children Dora A. Cortinas, Patricia Garcia, Carmen E. Juarez and Francisco Fernandez, sister Engracia Ponce Rios, 17 grandchildren, 4 great -grandchildren plus numerous extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with an evening service to be held at 6 p.m. Services conclude that on Monday.
