Connie Marisa Reynolds entered into eternal rest on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, at the age of 99.

Connie lived a long and full life. She was born in San Antonio, TX on April 6, 1925, to Natividad and Nora (Cervantes) Monsalvo. Connie had 7 children: Janie Stahl, Connie Stahl Edmund (Gary), Diane Stahl Taylor, Marie Elaine Stahl (Kevin), Barbara Stahl Castillo (Paul II), Jacob Stahl, and John Stahl (Terri). She had many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, daughter Janie Stahl, grandson Paul "P.J." Castillo, III, and great granddaughter Gianna Sylvianne Barrios.

Connie was well-traveled and lived for periods of time in Tripoli, Libya and Spain. Her children remember their years in Tripoli fondly. Connie was also an incredibly gifted pianist and played for her church for many years.

Connie was a nurse in the maternity and cardiac units at Methodist Hospital for nearly 16 years. She remained interested in the field of medicine throughout her life.

Connie's family would like to thank her son, Jacob Stahl, for being her caregiver over the last 8 years. His medic training was important in her last years, and especially in the last few weeks of her life.

Connie will be missed by all of us who remain. Family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, for a visitation and viewing from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. There will be a rosary that evening at 6 p.m. On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, family and friends will meet at San Fernando Cemetery II (746 Castroville Rd., San Antonio, TX, 78237) for a graveside service that will begin at 10 a.m.
