Daniel Barrientos
Campos
October 12, 2000 – July 4, 2022
Daniel was born on October 12, 2000, in Mexico to his parents, Mirtha Ines Campos Terrazas and Eloy Barrientos Gomez. From a very young age all who knew Daniel were sure he would be destined for success. His eagerness to obtain knowledge about the world around him and become a team player were evident from a young age beginning with his involvement in the Boy Scouts. After high school his goal was to succeed as a Firefighter in service of his community, but later he gained the knowledge and was skilled in The Automotive Computer Programing business where he worked his last years of his life.
Daniel had many interests, but he especially enjoyed watching and playing soccer, fishing, traveling, hiking, biking and off roading. Daniel enjoyed the simple pleasures of life; great conversations, making someone smile, feeling hopeful for the future of those he knew, but his biggest passion was spending time with those he loved.
In his short time on Earth, he inspired those around him to be better individuals. His capacity for generosity knew no bounds. He was someone who would help anyone in need with support, encouragement, and guidance. Daniel loved when family and friends would gather on weekend BBQs, summer vacations and holidays. Those times exist in our memories and will be cherished forever. He will be missed tremendously.
He is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Minerva Terrazas Campos.
He is survived by his mother, Mirtha Ines Campos Terrazas; father, Eloy Barrientos Gomez; sister, Priscilla Abigail Barrientos; cousins, Roberto, Diana, Robert, Alejandro, Camila, Hazael, Saul Castellanos, Carlos and Daisy Campos; all the Campos Terrazas family and Barrientos Gomez family; in addition to numerous extended family and friends.
