Daniel M Moreno III, at the age of 20, entered rest on August 14, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Daniel Moreno, Margot Moreno, and Jose Barreda. His brother David Moreno. His Uncle JB Barreda and his nephew Bryan Vega Jr.

He is survived by his mother Emma Barreda Moreno and father Daniel Moreno Jr. His fiancé Serenity Luna and his only child Jade Esmeralda Moreno. Sisters Esperanza Aguinaga (Eric Aguinaga), Esmeralda Vega (Bryan Vega) and Emiliana Portales (John Portales). Brothers Davion Moreno, Donato Moreno and Damion Moreno. Nephews Diego Moreno-Rodriguez, Airik Aguinaga, Christian Vega and niece Camila Vega.

Daniel was a dedicated father to Jade, his unforgettable energy will live on through her. The love and care that he had for his family and friends will remain engraved in their hearts forever. His willingness to drop everything and show up for those that mattered most to him will be missed tremendously. Daniel was a hardworking man with many aspirations. To know him was to love him. He would not want this to be a mourning but a celebration. For this is not a goodbye, it is a until we meet again.

Morenos Celebration of Life will be held at Castillo Funeral Home on Saturday August 26, 2023 from 1PM to 5PM with a 3PM prayer service. The family has requested the colors red and purple to be worn in his honor on this day. If you may chose not to wear these options mom has asked to please not wear the color black as she wishes to celebrate his life and not mourn it.
