Obituary

Daniel "Danny" Trevino passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 27, 2023. He was preceded in
death by his loving and caring mother, Mrs. Guadalupe Trevino.

Left to mourn Danny are his father Raul B. Trevino and his brothers, Raul M. (Norma), Edward (Edna)
and Armando (Linda) Trevino, step-sister Deborah Lopez. He will be missed by his aunts Mrs. Josie
Martinez, Mrs. Juanita Martinez and Mrs. Gloria T. (Miguel) Luna. Danny had numerous nieces,
nephews and cousins.

Although Danny was chronologically 55 years old, he remained a "Special child of God". He loved his
superhero characters Spiderman and Batman. Danny was also a fan of Star Wars namely Darth Vader
and Storm Troopers.

When Danny was born, doctors encouraged his parents to have him institutionalized. Being the loving
parents they were the answer was easy, "he's going home with us."

Raising Danny was sometimes a challenge due to his numerous ailments yet none of these issues
fazed his family. He grew up horsing around with three rowdy brothers. Danny was an avid attendee
of a mentally/physically challenged group for young adults. His parents regularly funded and
volunteered as well. As he got older his interests began to lean towards music.

Danny loved Fiesta week. He was a regular fixture at the Mercado. He loved to dance at whatever
party he attended. His love for his favorite singer, Vicente Fernandez never waned. He often listened
to music and novelas at the same time!

Everyone will sorely miss his gentle smile (and frequent hand gestures).
