David Garcia went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 10, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 52. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on November 7, 1968 to his parents the late Ignacio and Anita Garcia. He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Linda Quintero, Niece Jenise Jimenez and Nephew Eric Garcia. David leaves his memory to his wife of 25 years Sandra and his children, Diamond Godina (Rick), Mario Rubio (Jackie), Yolanda Rodriguez (Jonathan), Johnny Reynosa (Veronica), Jovanni Garcia, and Deandra Garcia; his 10 grandchildren, Mariah, Madison, Bella, Shane, Marissa, Julius, Armani, Giselle, John and Gage whom all loved him and will miss him dearly. He is also survived by his brothers Ignacio Garcia (Ida), Jaime Garcia (Gidget), Jerry Garcia, and Brenda Herrera (Israel); numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

David enjoyed being with his children and grand-children, this is what made him happy. He will be missed by many and his memory will live on through those who knew him and loved him.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Castillo Funeral Home from 5:00pm until 8:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. Family and friends will depart in procession at 9am on Friday, November 5, 2021 for a 10:00am Mass at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church.
