Obituary

Deborah Ann Guerra was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at the blessed age of 55. She was born October 18, 1964 in San Antonio, TX to Mr. & Mrs. Roberto F. and Alicia L. Guerra. She is reunited in heaven with her parents and brother Roberto Guerra. Jr. Also, to be reunited with her great love of her life Brigido Cerda aka Bridge.
Deborah aka Debbie Deb will be greatly missed by her daughters Nicole Marie Samaniego, Leslie Ann Sanmaniego; grandchildren her eldest and first love...Serina N. Chapman, Michael D.,Jaeda Marie, and Audrina Alicia Rackley; sister Julie Annette Strickland; her beautiful nieces, Kristina, Julie and Dayna nieces & nephews and extended family members. Heaven has gained our most beloved "Mom" to all, friend, sister, bestfriend to her Mary Robledo and co-worker to her beloved Work family at GC Services for many years as a mortgage collections manager she was a strong independent phenomenal woman, a courageous fighter, and a mother who always taught her girlies to be strong, hardworking and independent to always love and keep a big heart no matter what! May this beautiful angel soar high with those whom have awaited her arrival.
She is loved by so many countless friends who are more like family her many cousins who are more like sister's in her eyes Sandra Cabrera, Marcie Holmes, Annette Gutierrez, Lizzy, Patsy & Anna so many to count and extended families. She was also"mom" to so many of her daughter's friends and "sons" David Casillas, Travis Kaderka, Jonathan Sanchez, Joseph Avalos, Mike Rackley, Jayson Gotshall, Angel Zapata and ofcourse her fur baby son Oscar... she loved unconditionally without judgement without hesitation she just did she gave her all to anyone who shared the good times, the hard time, the silver lining, her life was full and she just loved always.
Deborah will be greatly missed but with so many many good times, the epic annual Halloween parties, cooking lessons, annual tamale making parties every holiday season.
The laughs, the tears, the "kicking all are friends out" parties as teenagers just to have them all back in the morning to make everyone breakfast...the beauty of how much she loved us all will stay in our hearts forever.
May she rest in heaven for all eternity...and may we keep her traditions and legacy alive until we meet again our beautiful Debbie. Our Beautiful Little Mamacita...It's not goodbye...it's I'll see you later.
