Delia Garcia Ximenez, beloved wife, mother, grandmother  and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2024, at the age of 77. Born on August 10, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas to Adan and Magdalena Garcia. Delia's life was filled with love, faith, and devotion to her family and community.

Delia married her one and only love, Mariano Felix Ximenez on October 26, 1963. Together, they built a beautiful life  raising four children: Belinda (married to Joaquin Nunez), Felix (married to Judy), Rick, and Lisa (married to Jeffrey Ypulong). Her family expanded over the years with nine grandchildren—Joaquin Nunez, Michael Nunez, Nicole Dominguez, Brandon Ximenez, Christian Ximenez, Victoria Ximenez, Aron Ximenez, Andrew Ximenez, Anthony Ximenez, Jaedyn Ypulong, and Xander Ypulong—and 19 great-grandchildren, all of whom carry cherished memories of their time with her.

A devoted homemaker, Delia was a true partner in helping her husband run his business and restaurants, and she also dedicated her time as a volunteer at Daily Bread, bringing kindness and care to those in need. She loved hosting gatherings for her family and friends, creating warm, joyful spaces that reflected her love and generosity. Her role as a wife, mother and grandmother was her greatest joy, and her family was the center of her life.

A woman of deep faith, Delia was a devoted Christian and active member of The Springs Church, where she found community and spiritual fulfillment. Her love for Jesus guided her in everything she did, inspiring others with her servant's heart and unwavering compassion.

A funeral service will be held on November 15th at 5:30 p.m. at Living Faith Church, followed by a celebration of her life at The Springs Church. Her family invites all who knew her to join in honoring her remarkable life and legacy.
