On Wednesday, August 11th, 2021 Diane Castro, beloved daughter, sister, mother, step-mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 48.

Diane was born in San Antonio, TX on December 13, 1972 to Juan and Minerva Castro Vincent. She attended South San High School and enjoyed her full time job as a mother and grandmother. In 2001 she and her spouse Joel Olvera gave birth to their first child Rachel Elizabeth Olvera, along side with her step daughter Regina Sophia Olvera and in 2002 had their son Joel Anthony Olvera.

Diane will never be forgotten for her good taste in music, and loving her family. She truly enjoyed help raise her granddaughters Renezmae Marie Minerva Rodriguez and Raven Rae Diana Olvera. She was and will always be around to lend open ears to her family; Brothers George and Jerry Castro along side with their families.

Services for Diane will be held on August 28, 2021 at Castillo Mission Funeral Home at 3:00pm, with family visitation from 2-5pm.
