Dolores Ortega de Castellano went to be with the Lord on October 24, 2020 at the age of 84 years of age She was the daughter of Teresa Celestino Alvarez and Ladislao Ortega Pena. She was a sister to three, mother of five children, grandmother of 26 grandchildren, and 62 great grandchildren, Dolores was a devoted Christian follower and her life was filled with love, laughter, family, and a zest for life. Her last few days with us were filled with laughter, family, love, tears, and shared memories. Her heart was kind and heaven sent. Her faith was strong and with her walk with Jesus in her life she built a foundation of love, hard work, and generosity for others in need.

Visitation will take place at Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Monday, November 2, 2020 from 3pm until 7:30pm. Family and friends will meet for a Graveside service at 1:00pm on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Highway , San Antonio, Texas 78218.
