Dolores M. Garcia passed away peacefully on January 1, 2025. She was surrounded by her living daughters, sons, and granddaughters. She was 83 years old, born in San Antonio, Texas on September 15, 1942.

Dolores was a care giver at heart, first caring for her sister and many neighborhood children after. She went on to marry the love of her life, Noe Garcia Sr. on May 7, 1964. They were married for 60 years and had five children. Dolores was deep in her faith often writing letters to god. She supported her husband, keeping up with their children and household while he was a truck driver for Bolners Fiesta for over 30 years. He retired a second time from NISD as a school bus driver, to be there for her as her health began to decline. Dolores gave unconditional love and prayed for many people throughout her life. She continued to baby sit her grandchildren and great grandchildren until she was 73.

Dolores is also proceeded in death by her husband, son, parents, brother, and sister. She leaves behind her sons; Noe Jr (wife Lisa), David Lee, daughters; Mary Magdalene (husband Samuel Maldonado), Grace Michelle, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, her brother Gilbert and her sister Connie.

Dolores was a beautiful soul and her devotion to god was inspirational to many. She will forever be missed.
