Dolores M. Morin was born in San Antonio, Texas, on September 12, 1942, to parents David and Manuela Cavazos.  She passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 80.

Dolores graduated from Fox Tech High School in 1961.  She worked at Frost Bros for 26 years. She was proud of her work and set an excellent example of what an employee should be.

Dolores is survived and missed by her daughter Letty Soto.  Forever cherished and remembered by her beloved grandsons, Angel Mendoza (Cindy) and Noah Soto (Kayla); her great-grandchildren, Nikolai, Nalani, Kai and Angel Jr.  Her memory lives on with her loving Sister, Stella (Joe) Ramirez; her nephew David Velasquez; her great-niece Emma Velasquez and her great-nephew Noah Arredondo.  She is survived by many, many other loved ones.  Dolores was predeceased by her husband Fred Morin, Jr.; her mother Manuela Cavazos and father David Cavazos.

If you are so inclined, in lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the family since flowers are limited at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery.

Services will be as follows:

Visitation, Monday July 10, 2023 at Castillo Funeral Home from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Prayer service begins promptly at 6:00 pm.

Burial, Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach, San Antonio, Texas 78209, begins promptly at 10:30 am, Shelter 3. (Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery. Please do not go to the funeral home, there will be no procession)
