Our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother Dolores Reyes Ramirez was called home by the lord on March 28, 2022 at the age of 84. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on September 15, 1937.  Dolores is preceded in death by many sisters and brothers. She is loved and will be missed by her children Rose Strawn, husband Christopher, Vicente R. Ramirez, Elida Ramirez Melchor; grandchildren, Michael, Courtney, Vincent, Eden Ramirez, Chris Patillo wife Katie, Lori Garcia Cortez husband John Anthony Cortez, Brian Garcia wife Geraldine Garibay, Amanda Melchor, Kaela Melchor Herrera, husband David, Louis Vincent Strawn, wife Melissa, Emily Strawn. Great grandchildren; Emma, Sabrina Ramirez, Ethan, Makinze, Madison Cortez, Anson, Nolan Flores, Orion Gallegos, Lillian, Caden Herrera, Jack, Lucy Strawn, Carter, Jameson Patillo. Sister Minerva Herman. Numerous relative and friends.  Service will be held at Castillo Funeral Home, 520 N. Gen. McMullen Dr. San Antonio, Texas 78228 on Saturday April 9, 2022 with visitation 1-5 pm and rosary to be cited at 3:00 pm.

The family is grateful for the excellent, kindness and compassionate care provided by the staff at Sunrise Nursing Home and the Hospice staff at La Deferencia and Kindred.
