Obituary

In Loving Memory of Dominga Castanuela

Dominga Castanuela, born on December 18, 1948, was a devoted mother, loving grandmother, cherished sister, beloved aunt, and a beautiful source of joy to everyone blessed to know her.

Dominga loved her children and grandchildren more than words could ever express. Her family was her greatest treasure!

Dominga shared a very special bond with her brothers and sisters. Their relationship was a beautiful example of true, unconditional love for family. They shared memories, laughter, strength, and a connection that could never be broken. That love will continue to live on in the hearts of her family forever.

Dominga leaves behind her loving children:

Esmeralda Villarreal

Armando Maldonado

Lisa (Ray) Hernandez

Janet Ortiz

She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought tremendous love and happiness into her life. Her love for them was immeasurable, and the memories she created with each of them will be treasured for generations to come.

Dominga was preceded in death by her beloved father, Marcos Villarreal; her mother, Luisa Villarreal; and her brother, Joe Villarreal.

She leaves behind her loving sister, Celia (Reymundo) Castillo; her loving sister, Esperanza (Manuel) Salazar; and her brothers, Juan Villarreal and Marcos Villarreal.

Dominga was also deeply loved by her nieces and nephews. She held a special place in their hearts, and the love and memories they shared with her will remain with them always.

Her family will miss her laughter, her presence, her love, and all the little moments that made her so special. Although she is no longer here to make new memories with them, the memories she gave them will never fade.

Her family will carry her love forward—in their hearts, in their stories, in their laughter, and in the generations that come after her.

Rest peacefully, Dominga.

You were deeply loved, you will be forever remembered, and your love will live on through your family.
