In Loving Memory of Dora D. Ramos

It is with heavy hearts and deep love that we announce the passing of Dora D. Ramos, a beloved matriarch, on May 31,2025 at the age of 88. Dora was a source of strength, compassion, and unwavering faith to all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and the many lives she touched throughout her beautiful journey on earth.

Dora was preceded in death by her husband, Ramiro Ramos, children, Ramiro Ramos Jr. and Jo Ann Martinez, whom she now joins in eternal peace.

She is survived by her loving daughters: Nancy Esteves (Lupe), Debbie Galloway (Vincent), Diana Oranday, Mary Ann Briseno (Rudy), Patricia Hernandez, Yvonne Torres, Dora Jean Llamas.

Dora leaves behind a rich legacy through her 29 grandchildren, 79 great-grandchildren, and 20 great-great-grandchildren, each one a reflection of her enduring love, kindness, and guidance.

Her home was always filled with warmth and laughter. She was a woman of deep faith, and her prayers and wisdom became the foundation of generations. Her strength, humility, and unwavering love for her family will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

A celebration of Dora's life will be held at Castillo Funeral Home, 520 N. General McMullen San Antonio, Tx 78228. Visitation will begin at 4 pm with a Rosary at 6pm and Mariachis at 6:30pm, where family and friends are invited to honor her memory, share stories, and reflect on a life beautifully lived.

Though she is no longer with us, Dora's spirit will forever shine through the love of her family and the values she instilled in each of them.
