Eduardo Amezquita gained his Angel wings on Monday, July 5, 2021 at the age of 28. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on June 11, 1993 to Diane Rodriguez. Eduardo is now reunited in Heaven with his grandparents Frank Luna Rodriguez and Esperanza Amelia Rodriguez; his Aunt Sylvia N. Juarez; Uncle Ralph Riojas;  nephew Oscar Javier Mendez III; and niece Linda Ann Mendez. Eduardo was loved dearly by his family and will be missed tremendously. He leaves his legacy in the hearts and actions of his loving mother Diane Mendez; siblings Oscar Mendez, Juan Antonio Mendez, Jorge Guadalajara, Angelica Mendez, and Angel Martinez; his nieces and nephews Janel Paula Marie Mendez, Jasmine Nichole Mendez, Mercedes Leeann Mendez, Jaslyn Renee Mendez, Miracle Ann Rivas, Michael Barron Jr., Chanel A. Martinez, and Pricais Angeli Martinez; along with numerous extended family and friends. Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 3:30pm until 8:00pm with a Rosary at 6:00pm. Family and friends will depart at 9:30am from Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Friday, July 30, 2021 for a 10:00am Funeral Mass at St. Jude Catholic Church. Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III.
