Efren Fino Levario was born on July 10, 1936, in Pecos, Texas. He passed away comfortably on December 27, 2021, at the age of 85 in San Antonio, Texas.

Efren was a loving father to his children and taught them to be independent, self-reliant, and creative problem solvers. He loved to laugh and enjoyed the company of his family and friends. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He will be remembered as a caring, sweet, and generous person who would help anyone who needed it before he took care of himself.

Efren was preceded in death by his mother, Evarista Fino Levario, father, Elijio Levario, daughter, Rosalinda Levario and son, Javier Alvarado Levario.

Efren is loved and will be greatly missed by his brothers Ezequiel and Ernesto Levario; his sisters Eva Saldana, Elisa Arredondo and Elena Mora; his son Efren A. Levario; his daughter, Annette Hernandez; his 8 grandchildren – Juanita Levario, Rosemarie Levario, Kathleen Levario, Stephanie Johnson, Cassandra Levario, Ana Mariah Levario, Sebastian Hernandez, and Allyanna Hernandez; his 2 great-grandchildren – Javier Anthony Levario and Moises Morales; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be January 10 ^th from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Castillo Mission Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated January 11 ^th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Luke's Catholic Church.
