In Loving Memory of Ellen Ortiz March 7, 1963 - June 28, 2026With heavy hearts, we celebrate the life of Ellen Ortiz, a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cherished friend, and faithful servant of Jehovah .Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, Ellen was raised in San Antonio, Texas, by her father, Eusebio Loredo, and her beloved grandmother, Ninfa Loredo. She was the oldest of six daughters and carried a compassionate heart that touched everyone she met .She worked in the Overseas Accounting Department at Bank of America until illness led to disability at the age of 40. Although her health changed, her loving spirit and desire to help others never did. Family was the greatest joy of Ellen's life. She deeply loved her daughters, Vanessa and Veronica, and treasured every moment spent with her beloved grandchildren: Alex, Ava, Nano, Bella, Eli, and Joshua. She celebrated their accomplishments, encouraged their dreams, prayed for them often, and made each of them feel deeply loved. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and unconditional love. Ellen's greatest source of strength was her faith. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, she was baptized about three years ago and remains steadfast in her love for Jehovah. Her knowledge of Bible scriptures was a source of comfort and encouragement to all who knew her. Even after becoming disabled, she continued sharing the Bible's message by using her scooter in the ministry and writing heartfelt letters of encouragement. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine love for people drew many to her and reflected the hope she found in God's promises. Ellen will be remembered for her generous heart, unwavering faith, and the love she freely gave to everyone around her. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in the Bible's promise of the resurrection and look forward to the day when we will welcome her again in Paradise." And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more. "Revelation 21:3, 4Her Loving Siblings Nobert Letty Anita Lolita Blanca Orlando Lala Rey Ir. Her Beloved Grandchildren Alex Cameron Nano Ava Bella Joshua .She is deeply loved, forever missed, and will always remain in our hearts.
