Our beloved mother, Eloisa Limon Rocha, entered eternal rest on August 20, 2025, at the age of 65. She passed peacefully at her home, surrounded by the love of her family.
Eloisa was born on January 18, 1960, in San Antonio, Texas, to the late Manuel and Rosa Limon. She was cherished for her joyful spirit and her gift for finding beauty in the everyday. Well known for her love of bargain hunting and hosting memorable garage sales, she had a remarkable ability to transform even the simplest spaces into warm, inviting, and peaceful retreats through her keen eye for organization and decorating.
Above all, Eloisa devoted her life to her family, who will forever treasure her love, guidance, and presence. She is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Rosa Limon, and her brothers Eddie and Joe Limon. She is survived by the love of her life, Sam "Sammy" Rocha; her sons, Sammy "Rocky" Rocha and Eric "Julio" Rocha (Marissa); and her treasured grandsons, Macsen "little angel" and Evan "mijito." She is also survived by her siblings: Santiago "Jime" Limon (Isabel), Roger Limon, Daniel "Danny" Limon, Humberto "Bert" Limon, Mary Lou Lee, Cindy Limon, Loudres "Lulu" Arriaga (Max) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Eloisa's warmth, kindness, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Family and friends are invited to honor her memory during visitation on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., with a rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., at Castillo Funeral Home, N. General McMullen. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Riggs Rd in Helotes, with visitation beginning at 10:15 a.m.. Interment will take place at a later date, in accordance with her wishes for cremation.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests your presence at the rosary and mass.
