Emelia joined her her parents Delfina C. and David T. Hernandez , her brothers David & Antonio, Sister Alice, and Husband Ruben M. Gonzales in  Heaven on October 5, 2021.

She is forever loved and will be deeply missed by her Children and 21 Grandchildren:  Yvette Gonzalez (Daughter)& Husband Sergio, Sarah A. Campos (Daughter) & Husband John Anthony, Ruben Gonzales Jr.(Son) & Wife Veronica, Valerie Gonzales  (Daughter) & Husband Gregory, Raul Gonzales (Son) & Wife Gracie, Federico Gonzales (Son) & Wife Victoria, Siblings: Mary Guzman, Fernando Hernandez, Gilbert Hernandez, Rogelio Hernandez, Albert Hernandez, Jesse Hernandez, Berta H. Flores, Delia Hernandez, Sylvia Flores, Eddie Hernandez  and numerous extended family and friends.

In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother and grandmother, she also loved dancing, playing Loteria and Poker. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God which she shared with those who surrounded her.

Family Unity was always her top priority. She will be forever be loved and deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, siblings, and friends.
