Emmanuel A. Mora, 37, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 27, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on June 28, 1986, in San Antonio, Texas, a son of Dalia and Pablo Mora.

As a son, he was respectful and attentive. As a father, he was loving and protective, always valuing the needs of his children above his own and spending time with them truly made him happiest. As a brother, he was playful and supportive, always going the extra mile to bring a smile to everyone's faces with his jokes. He was creative and spent time writing lyrics and singing, drawing and painting. Emmanuel appreciated and was a fan of basketball and his favorite team was the San Antonio Spurs. He spent time lifting weights and was always happiest in the company of his family and friends. Although his time seemed all too brief, those who knew him are grateful and proud of the time Emmanuel shared with them and he will be remembered forever.

Family members include his children, Faith N. Mora and Zaidin O. Mora; parents, Dalia P. Mora and Pablo B. Mora; a sister, Irene E. Mora; a brother, John P. Mora; nieces, Gabrielle Mora and Destiny Garcia; nephews, Nicolas Andres Rios, Jonathan Mora and Christopher Mora; and extended family and friends.

The family will receive guests at Castillo Funeral Home on Sunday, September 17, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm for visitation and a Chapel Service will be conducted at 6:00 pm.

Guests will meet on Monday, September 18, 2023, at 10:00 am in San Fernando Cemetery II for a graveside service.
