Enrique Rodriguez, Jr passed away peacefully on March 28, 2021. He celebrated his 88th birthday this year. Henry, as family and friends knew him, was born in San Antonio, Texas, in February 1, 1933.

He worked at Lackland NCO Club for years, retiring in November of 1976. His later years were spent  volunteering for numerous locations, his favorite being the Sacred Heart Senior Center. There he made friends and enjoyed his retirement years.   He met Maria, who was his partner in all his adventures, from trips to  Mexico, Louisiana, Las Vegas, yes, to casinos -- not to gamble, but to watch people and enjoy the food. They'd also take the bus to the airport just to observe people, with all the emotions of arriving and departing. They would see the world as a live movie. There was always something to do: a parade, a dance, a birthday. In the later years, they were very active Spurs fans. Henry loved his Spurs!

Henry is preceded in death by his parents, Enrique and Esther Rodriguez, Sr., his companion of many years, Maria D. Acevedo.

He is loved and will be missed by his nephew, Lorenzo Rodriguez, Jr., aunts,  numerous cousins, extended family and many friends.
