Ercilia Rosario Mendoza was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the blessed age of 65. She was born July 26, 1957 in Laredo, TX to Ricardo Colon and Arcilia Tovar. She is reunited in heaven with her parents. She is loved and will be greatly missed by her husband of 44 years Joe Mendoza; children Monica  Espinoza, Christina Mendoza, Roxanne Mendoza; as well as extended family members and friends. Heaven has gained our most beloved blessing. She will live forever in our hearts.
