Erminia Delgado Rodriguez, at 90 years old, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2022, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family.

Erminia was born on January 29, 1932, in San Antonio, Texas to her parents Celedonio Trevino Delgado and Benita Gomez Delgado. She is the fifth of eight children: Salvador, Juan, Celia, Lupe, Aurora, and Jesse.

Erminia is loved and will be deeply missed by her husband of 63 years, Francisco Vasquez Rodriguez Sr.; her children, Thomas with wife Dora; Carlos with wife Mary, Leroy, Irma, Frank Jr., Richard, and Ernest with wife Elizabeth, will always have their mother's unconditional love. She also leaves behind her 8 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Erminia worked several jobs in her lifetime. In her young years, she worked in the fields picking vegetables with her father and her siblings. She worked part-time at the Hill Top Drive-In, where she met her husband, Frank Sr. She worked many years selling insurance for American National Life Insurance company, which she enjoyed walking and talking to the people in the city's westside. After retiring from selling insurance, she worked part-time at JC Penny in Ingram Park Mall for several years. Although she worked for many years, she dedicated her priorities in being a wife and mother first.

Erminia Delgado Rodriguez had a lasting impact to all that knew her, and she will be in the hearts to those she touched. She will always be there for us and will never be forgotten. May she now be rejoicing with other departed family members and the Lord Our God in Heaven. Forever Loved.
