Eulogia Z. Ramon, 92, widow of Modesto Ramon, went to be with the Lord on January 7, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on March 11, 1931, in Dale, Texas, a daughter of the late Julia Torres Zuniga and Castulo Zuniga.

Eulogia accomplished much in her lifetime and saw the world change in ways most never are blessed enough to witness. Her gift of ninety two years was never taken lightly as she lived life to the fullest guided in love, light and faith. With the sure and certain faith we will see Eulogia again, we live life in her example hoping to make her proud as she waits for our return.

She is reunited in heaven with her husband Modesto Ramon and parents Julia Torres Zuniga and Castulo Zuniga.

Family members include two brothers, Nieves Zuniga and Felix Zuniga; sister, Isabel Vasquez; nieces and nephews, Sandra Urdialez, Rita Guerra, Suzanne Cuellar, Mary Ann Zapata, Juan Vasquez, Manuel Vasquez, Jimmy Gatica, Paul Gatica, Peter Gatica, Ruben Zuniga, Phillip Zuniga, Tracy Zuniga, Michael Zuniga, Felix Zuniga, Elizabeth Campos, Mike Zuniga, Martin Zuniga, Roland Zuniga, Anita Zuniga and Dora Luz Zuniga; in addition to numerous extended family members and friends met along the way.

The family will receive guests at Castillo Funeral Home on Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm for visitation and at 6:00 pm for a rosary service.

A funeral mass will be conducted on Friday, January 19, 2024, at 10:30 am in St Jude Catholic Church. Burial will follow with a graveside ceremony in San Fernando Cemetery II.
