Eva Rivas Martinez passed away peacefully at the age of 88 on April 14, 2020, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family.

She is preceded ion death by her husband, Joe Angel Martinez; daughter, Gloria Martinez; parents, Paulino and Eulalia Rivas; brothers, Adan, Andres and Natividad Rivas; and sisters, Magdalena Garcia and Ofelia Benavidez.

She will be remembered by her children, Angie Garcia (Chano), Mary Helen Rodriguez, Margie Martinez (Robert), Gloria Castillo, Grace Martinez, Eva Martinez, Jeannette Martinez; 25 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren; 6 great great-grandchildren; her siblings,David (Maria), Ezekiel (Ruth) Rivas, Maria Rodriguez and Olga Garza; as well as extended family members and friends.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother that showered her children with love and gave the best hugs in the world. WE LOVE YOU, MOM. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS.
