Evangelina "Eva" Trujillo, aged 57, passed away peacefully among loved ones on October 27, 2024 at University Hospital.  Eva was a dedicated wife, devoted & cherished daughter, benevolent and loyal sister; above all, she loved and was loved very much.  She is preceded by her father Jose Louis Carmona and her sister Nora Irma Carmona.  She is survived by her husband Mario Trujillo, married for 41 years; her mother, Evangelina; her 6 sisters and 4 brothers.  She was born on May 31, 1967 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico and made her life in San Antonio, Texas for the past 45 years.  She loved the outdoors and nature.  She loved Zumba, cardio exercise, weight training and dancing.  She loved helping her family.  The lord has received a wonderfully gracious soul.  Services will be held for Eva this Friday at Castillo Funeral Home, 520 N. McMullen Drive, at 3pm.  Rosary will be at 6pm.
