Fernando M. Mendoza  passed away on April 2, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents Alfredo and Perlita Mendoza, and brother Alfredo Mendoza Jr. He is survived by his wife, his children and grandchildren.

He was a loving Father, son, brother and had a multitude of friends who considered him family. Fernando worked as a mechanic most his life at Midas, Brake Check and other jobs thru out his career. He also loved to cook, Barbeque and just hang out with family and friends. Fernando was of Filipino decent so everyone loved his Filipino dishes especially his egg rolls and pancit. Fernando attended Neil Armstrong Elem, Shepard Middle School and then West Campus High School here in San Antonio. He became ill from his heart in 2008, and from there his health deteriorated until the time of his earth. Fernando will be greatly missed and his memory will live with us forever.
