Florentina B. Ramirez entered eternal rest on February 10, 2023 at the age of 65, surrounded by the warmth and love of her children. She was born in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico on November 25, 1957 to loving parents Manuel Burciaga Soto and Hipolita Carrillo Lomas.

Florentina moved to San Antonio, TX in 1978 and married her husband of 38 years, Pedro V. Ramirez on April 28, 1984. Together they had 6 children.  She was a loving wife, caring mother and devoted grandmother. She treasured every moment with her family. She expressed her love by preparing each their favorite homemade meal. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren's sporting events, playing bingo, and going to the casino. She lived a very humble life filled with an immense amount of love for all the family. She was their Flower, their rock, and their all.

Florentina is preceded in death by her Son: Rudy Ramirez; Parents: Manuel Burciaga Soto and Hipolita Carrillo Lomas; Brothers:  Armando Burciaga Carrillo, Eliseo Burciaga Carrillo; Sister: Juanita Burciaga Carrillo; Nephew: Israel Burciaga Carrillo.

Florentina touched many hearts throughout her life and will be missed by her Husband: Pedro V. Ramirez; Son: Pedro V. Ramirez Jr (Felicia), Alberto J. Ramirez (Michelle), and Rudy Ramirez; Daughter:  Esmeralda R. Peña (Fernando), Annette Ramirez (John); Grandchildren: Joshua, Jathan, Jenise, Anabella, Giovanni, Jeremiah, Benjamin, Sebastian, Nvadyn, Jasil, Joephabion, Frankie, Isaac; Mother-in-law:  Olivia V. Ramirez, nieces, nephews, sister & brother in laws, extended family, and friends.
