Francisco G. Sampayo became an angel on Sunday, September 13 ^th , surrounded by the love of his daughters, Betty J. Sanchez and Marie A. Valentin, and son-in-laws Johnny Sanchez and Celestino Valentin Jr.

Francisco G. Sampayo was 75 years old. In December of 1964, he married the love of his life and spent 55 wonderful years with her before she went to be with the Lord in June 2020. His greatest accomplishment was becoming a U.S Citizen at the age of 65. He was an avid fisherman and carried his guitar and easily became the life of the party.

Preceded in death by his loving wife, Maria A. Sampayo, his great grandson, Aiden Jay Rodriguez; father Francisco Sampayo Sr.; mother, Maria Sampayo; brothers, Jose Sanpayo, Mario Sampayo; sister, Rebeca Fraga; and niece, Laura Sampayo.

Survived by daughters, Betty Jo Sanchez (Johnny) and Marie Antoinette Valentin (Celestino). Proudest of his 9 grandchildren, 2 grandsons in laws, 1 granddaughter in law, and 12 great grandchildren.
