Frank L. Elizondo passed away peacefully on September 23, 2024, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. He was 76 years old. He was born in San Antonio, Texas. However, he lived a portion of his life and raised his children in the Washington, DC area.

Frank graduated from St. Mary's University in San Antonio with a degree in business administration. Later in life, Frank married Nimfa Diocampo and moved back to his hometown in San Antonio. Frank enjoyed spending time with his wife visiting the Philippines, and he enjoyed cookouts with family and friends.
