Frank S. Rodriguez passed away on Friday morning, November 25, 2022, he was 94 years old.

Frank was born on June 7, 1928, in San Antonio Texas to the late Ignacio and Santos Rodriguez. Frank and his wife Delia shared a special love for each other and together shared 69 incredible years of marriage before her passing. Because of that special bond a legacy of nine children and many grandchildren can be proud of who they came from. Accomplishing much in his lifetime, Frank was especially proud of the years spent in service with the United States Army Air Corps. His capacity for generosity knew no bounds as he would help anyone in need with support, encouragement, and guidance. Franks passing marks the end of an era. Many moments that exist now mostly in memory and will be cherished forever.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Delia T. Rodriguez; grandchildren, Nicholas Moreno, Antonio Izaguirre, and Maurice Doublet; parents, Ignacio Rodriguez, and Santos Santillano Rodriguez.

He is survived by his children, Francisco Rodriguez (Amparo), Delia Angule, Azalia Schmitt, Alfredo Rodriguez (Alicia), Sandos 'Sandy' Gutierrez (Demetrio), Martin Rodriguez (Paula), Benito Rodriguez, Alfredo Rodriguez (Diana), Yvette Guajardo (Ernest); 31 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sister, Mary Lou Driskell; in addition to numerous extended family and friends.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Castillo Funeral Home from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm along with a prayer service beginning at 6:00 pm.

Funeral Services will take place at 10:00 am on Monday, December 12, 2022, beginning with a Chapel Service at Castillo Funeral Home followed by an 11:30 am interment service at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
