Frank Vicencio was born in San Antonio, Texas on March 9, 1944 to Fred and Maria Vicencio, and was the youngest of four children. He attended Fox Tech High School, and went on to play professional football for the san Antonio Toros.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Maria Vicencio: brother, Fred, Juan, and sister.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Irene Vicencio: son, Paul Segovia( Linda): daughters, Monica Tovar, Francine Ayala (Jesse) and Sadona Hernandez. He was blessed with eleven grand children, and three great grand children.

He enjoyed being with his family, and was the biggest fan of the Spurs & the Cowboys. He will be missed dearly by his family and fur babies.
