Our beloved son and brother passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2021. Gavino Franco was born on May 8, 2007, in San Antonio, Texas. He was only 13 years old when he went on to live with our Lord.

Gavino was deeply loved by so many. He was a sweet and creative boy. He loved to make paintings and bracelets for his family and friends. We will always remember his smile and how caring and kind he was. He was a big fan of Harry Potter and belonged to the House of Gryffindor. He could recite any episode of "Friends" word for word. No matter the weather you would find Gavino wearing shorts. Day or night, inside or out, he always had his sunglasses on. He will be missed dearly.

He is survived by his parents Pete and Victoria Franco; his older sister Liliana Franco; our dog Gordon; grandparents Pedro and Maria Franco and Carmen Lazo; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
