Gilbert Balderas gained his wings on April 26, 2022 at the age of 40. He was born in San Antonio, TX on November 25, 1981. Gilbert was raised in San Antonio, TX. where he excelled in playing pool and won many pool league championships. He learned the trade of becoming a Master Chef, which eventually became his passion. He was a mentor to numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends. He had a welcoming, loving, respectful, caring soul. Gilbert was always willing to volunteer and give a helping hand whenever any help was needed. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. Gilbert's special love for his mother, wife, children, siblings and family members was unconditional. His children were his pride and joy. There are many songs, stories and memories left by him and will never be forgotten. Gilbert's Big Loving Heart will always be remembered and deeply missed.
