Gloria Gonzales was called home by the Lord on April 12, 2021, at the age of 74. She was born on January 14, 1947, in San Antonio, Texas. Gloria is preceded in death by her sister, Guadalupe Lara; and grandson, Pete Espinoza. She is loved and will be missed by her husband of 55 years, Bobby Gonzales; children, Sonia Balderrama (Jesse), Claudia Alejos (Oscar), Veronica Gonzales and Roberto Gonzales; her siblings, Elena Peña, Rachel Ramirez, Roberto Peña, David Peña and Marcos Peña, Jesus Peña; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, from 3:30 until 7:30 p.m., Thursday, April 29, 2021, from 12:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 6 p.m.  The Funeral Procession will depart the Funeral Home at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021, for a 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service at San Fernando Cemetery III.
