Gloria Luevano Rodriguez was called home to be with The Lord in God's Kingdom on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at the blessed age of 75.  She was born December 17, 1945 in Loreto, Zacatecas, Mexico to Dionisio and Belen Luevano. Coming from a family steeped in Mariachi Heritage, she was an exceptional Mariachi Singer and established her own Gloria De Mexico group in San Antonio, Texas. She bestowed her love of music and performance to her children, grandchildren and many others. She truly was The Life Of The Fiesta and She loved to share her gifts and talents with anyone gathered around. Her happiest life moments were those with Family and Mariachi. She Was Crowned 'Reina De La Feria' in 1966, Married To Her Soulmate in 1968 and celebrated "Sangre De Su Sangre" thereafter welcoming new family Into Her Loving Arms. She Is Reunited In Heaven With Her Parents And Siblings that she deeply adored. She Is Loved And Will Be Greatly Missed By Her Husband Of 52 Years; Ernest S. Rodriguez, children Lu Rodriguez, Belen Rodriguez, Dionicio Rodriguez and his wife, Cindy, grandchildren Vincent, Mia, Andres, Carolina, Eli, Toby, and great granddaughter Allison Scarlet, sisters Maria Gonzales, Esperanza Garza, Alma Luevano, Dora Elda Zepeda, as well as many loving family members and friends.
