Gloria G. Perez, born on January 10, 1937, was called home to be with our Lord on May 2, 2025 at the age of 88.  She is reunited in Heaven with her husband, Julio Perez and her parents Leo & Herlinda Garcia.

Gloria retired from Harlandale ISD in food service and served the community as a member of the Guadalupanas for Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church and enjoyed baking, crafts, dancing and outdoor activities. She is well loved and will be greatly missed by her children, Paul Perez (Dora), Hector Perez (Gloria Jean), Ruben Perez (Diana Lynn) and Mary Helen Longoria (Ramon); 10 grandchildren, Sandra (deceased), Paul Jr.(wife Felisa), Sandra Jean (husband Jesse), Jeffrey (wife Francine), Jacob, Jason (wife Alicia) Jessica Marie (husband Tony), Jenna Lee (wife Casandra Nicole Ramos), Ryan Ray (wife Katie) and Gabriel Rey; 20 great-grandchildren, Mandy (husband Cole), Kayla, Brianna, Natalia, Devon (wife Karina), Donovyn Xavier, Truly Adora, Audrey Monroe, Jason Matthew, Olivia, Joshua, Julianna Marie, Javier Antonio and Lilah Ray and 3 Great-great grandchildren, Daven, Tobias, Adelina and Sophia, as well as other loving relatives and friends.
