Guadalupe Santos Rendon passed away peacefully at home on March 29, 2022 surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. He was 76 years old. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 9, 1945.

His early life was filled with memories of his childhood, and adolescent years spent surrounded by his parents, and his siblings. He met the woman he'd marry at an early age, but he wouldn't marry Teresa Morales Rendon until 1964.

He worked in an auto shop for most of his life, and retired to enjoy the rest of his life surrounded by his wife, children, and his 3 grandchildren. He treasured the irreplaceable memories he created with his family throughout his 76 years on this earth. He was a big supporter of the Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Longhorns. He will be missed tremendously.

Guadalupe is preceded in death by his parents, Rodolfo Rendon and Maria Rendon, and his brothers, Rudy Rendon and Jose Rendon.

Guadalupe is loved and will be missed by his wife, Teresa Morales Rendon, children Guadalupe Rendon Jr. and Rachel Marion Rendon, and grandchildren Lindsay Jane Fagan-Rendon, Jacob Rudy Rendon, and Liliana Rose Rendon, and his sister, Alicia Rendon Banda. He will be missed by his friends, his neighbors, and any person that was blessed to know him.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 3:30pm until 8:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. Family and friends will gather at Castillo Funeral Home to depart in procession at 11:00am on Friday, April 22, 2022 for a 12:00pm Funeral Mass at Holy Family Catholic Church. Services to conclude following Mass.
