Hector J. Gomez, beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend, entered into eternal rest on July 07th, 2025 at the age of sixty-one. He was born on October 10th, 1963 to the late Rafael Gomez Jr. and Gloria Diana Gomez.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Hector attended and graduated from Dillard McCollum High School in 1982 before establishing his own company, Flash Delivery, just a few years later.

He enjoyed sports and was an avid fan of the Houston Astros, Philadelphia Eagles, Vegas Golden Knights, and, of course, his hometown basketball team, the San Antonio Spurs.

Hector is reunited in Heaven by his parents, Rafael Gomez Jr. and Gloria Diana Gomez; siblings, Rafael Gomez III and Carlos Gomez; mother-in-law, Carlota Garcia; and his beloved fur babies who have been waiting for him at the Rainbow Bridge, Lucky, Smitty, and Rascal.

He is survived by his beloved wife of twenty-two years, Rosa Frayre Gomez; siblings, Dalia Gomez, Nora Ayala (Ralph), and Luis Gomez; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Gomez; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

His legacy and memory will continue to live on through all who knew him.

Heaven has gained a truly treasured soul who, as his birthdate suggests, was a 10/10.
