Hector Martinez went to be with the Lord after fighting for his life for 2 weeks in ICU. He was born in San Antonio, Tx to Celestino C. Martinez and Margarita A. Alvarez. He is preceded in death by his father Celestine C. Martinez, mother -in -law Ana Maria Aguilar and brother -in -law Patrick Aguilar. He is survived by his wife Belinda A. Martinez, step daughter Giovanna  Marin-Ortega and family, brother-in-law Sammy Aguilar and family, sister -in -law Sonia Antopia and family, sister-in-law Flavia Aguilar and family, uncle Robert Alvarez and family, aunt Cecelia Perez and family, dear friend Ronald Stevens. Hector loved traveling, casino gambling, collecting coins and Star Trek items. Hectors teams were the Dallas Cowboys, San Antonio Spurs and the fighting Irish of Notre Dame. Hector loved his kitty girl Stormy, mostly recently daily feeding a stray family of red tabby cats too. Hector was a smart and dedicated employee to USAA, Kohls and SSC& Technologies. Most of all he was a loving son, husband ,step  dad and was just beginning to bond wit his 2 step grandsons Aiden and Mason. Missed but not forgotten.
