Helen R. Villarreal was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at the blessed age of 98. She was born August 18, 1924 in San Antonio, TX to Lucio and Maria Ricondo. She is reunited in heaven with her parents. She is loved and will be greatly missed by children Gloria Tejeda (Miguel), Lucy Perez (Raul), Juan Villarreal (Rosa), Prudencia Gonzales (Richard), Mary De Leon (Jose), Mary Lou Castorena (Lupe), Daniel Villarreal (Maria);  18 grandchildren; 48 Great-grandchildren; 4 Great-great grandchildren...as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends. Also her beloved healthcare provider, Gina Arcos, who provided loving care to her for over six years. Heaven has gained our most beloved blessing. Until we meet again.
