Our beloved mother Hermenia "Minnie" Garcia was called home to be with the lord. She was born on December 23,1945, and passed on July 26, 2024, at the age of 78. Minnie was the most loving, kindhearted, caring, generous person who always protected her family. She loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own children. She was always ready to spend time with her family and friends and cherished her time with them. Always beautifully dressed, she loved to travel and go out and listen to her mariachi music. She was truly loved and will always be missed. May you rest in peace mom.

Minnie is preceded in death by her mother Tillie P. Gonzaba, father Mike B. Gonzaba, grandparents Luis and Herlinda Palacios; Husband Francisco Garcia, daughter Laura Garcia Soliz and grandson Johnny Angel Garcia.

She is survived by sons Francisco Garcia Jr. (Yvonne) and Mark Garcia Sr. (Grace); Daughter Tanya Garcia (Albert); Grandchildren Kysandra Soliz (D-Ray), Amanda Cruz (Johnny), Kimberly Perez, Mark Jr., Francisca (Nick), Rebecca, Moses (Milagros), and Anthony Garcia; 9 great-grandchildren and one on the way; Stepmother Mona M. Gonzaba; siblings Mike Jr. (Debra), Velma, Beatrice, Fermin (Sandy), Sandra (Adam), Edward Gonzaba (Susie), Tony Maciel (Veronica), Rudy Flores (Annette), Benito Gonzaba, Vince Gonzaba (Alixzandra)Pena, and numerous nieces and nephews.
