Hortense Arocha Rios was born in San Antonio, Texas on December 29, 1941, and was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the age of 80.  She is now reunited in heaven with her parents Antonio G. and Olivia C. Arocha.

She is survived by her husband Ruben Rios, sister Esther Fowler (William), sons Ismael Lopez (Yvonne) and Joseph Lopez (Gabriela), daughter Cathrine Westbrook (Jace) and extended family Ruben Jr Rios, Martin Rios, Dagoberto Rios, Juan Rios, Sanjuanita Delacruz and Daniel Ortiz II.

She was blessed with 6 grandchildren Ashley & Jonathon Lopez, Michael and Analisa Lopez, Madison and Mason Westbrook and 1 great grandchild, Lia Perez.  She was very much loved and will be very much missed. Forever in our hearts.
