Humberto Delagarza Cortes, 78, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2025, surrounded by his beloved family. Born on January 28, 1946, in Mexico, Humberto's life was defined by his unwavering dedication to his family, his love for his roots, and his commitment to building a better future.

In pursuit of opportunity and security for his loved ones, Humberto emigrated to the United States, where he proudly became a citizen. Through hard work and sacrifice, he ensured his family could thrive, a legacy of love and perseverance that continues to inspire those who knew him.

Humberto was a passionate fan of soccer, and his loyalty to Fútbol Monterrey Rayados was unmatched. Whether watching a game or sharing stories about the sport, his enthusiasm brought joy to everyone around him.

Above all, Humberto cherished his family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Francisca Delagarza, and his three children, Humberto Delagarza Jr. (and his wife, Lupita Delagarza), Zeida Delagarza, and Annette Delagarza.
