Irene P. Garza, born on July 29, 1941 was called home to be with our Lord on Friday, May 22, 2020 at the age of 78. She is reunited in heaven with her parents, Pauline S. and Elpidio Puente; sisters, Janie, Vera, Tere, Emma and Mellie. Mrs. Garza is loved and will be greatly missed by her children Reynaldo R. Garza Jr., Michael A. Garza and Patty Garza; granddaughter, Jennifer Zapata; great-grandchildren, Chloe, Dominick and Dean Zapata; brother, Gilbert Puente; canine companions, Belle and Tiger as well as numerous loving relatives and friends. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing and singing along to any Elvis song.  Thank you Mom, for all you did for us and always finding humor in difficult situations.  We will miss you and will remember you always.
