Isabel Munoz Cervantes, 83 gained her angel wings on May 23rd, 2023.

Isabel Munoz Cervantes was born July 2nd, 1939, in San Antonio, Texas, to Fermin and Maria Munoz.  She is preceded in death by her daughter; Norma Cervantes, parents Maria and Fermin Munoz, sisters; Herlinda Cruz, Consuelo Rendon, brothers; Raul Munoz, Ezekiel Munoz and Fidel Munoz.

She leaves behind her daughter Linda Cervantes. Her brother, Jose Munoz, sisters; Susie Laredo and Julia Garcia, numerous nieces and nephews.

Isabel will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.  She worked as a seamstress at a place, one place's name is unknown to the family now, but also she worked at the Gibson Costume Shop. Her passion was being creative; designing, sewing, and altering clothes, baking and cooking customary dishes for herself and others.

Isabel was a woman of faith. She was passionate about reading and studying her Bible. She was committed to sharing her testimony of the Lord and encouraging others to know Him. Isabel attended her church faithfully.

The family would like to thank all those who continue to pray for Isabel's family and loved ones during this season.

Visitation Service will be held on Sunday June 4th, 2023, at 2:30 pm, with a prayer service at 6:00 pm, at Castillo Funeral Home, 520 N General McMullen Drive, San Antonio, Texas.

The funeral will be held on Monday, June 5th, 2023 at 10:00 am with interment to be hosted at San Fernando Cemetery III.
