Isavel P. Ybarra born March 28, 1946 in San Antonio, TX to Alfredo and Carolina Paniagua, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 19, 2020 at the blessed age of 74. She is reunited in heaven with her parents; son Nathan E. Ybarra. She is loved and will be greatly missed by her sons Fabian N. Ybarra, Neil A. Ybarra; 7 grandchildren; numerous great- grandchildren as well as extended family members. She will live forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
