Ismael "Smiley" Flores was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at the blessed age of 85. He was born January 20, 1937 in Floresville, TX. He is reunited in heaven with his beloved wife of 56 years, Martha Flores. Smiley graduated from Sydney Lanier High School in 1954 where he took printing classes and joined the ROTC. After graduation he decided to make printing a life long career. After one year of retirement from Muller Printing Company he decided to go back to work. He was hired by the Bexar County Medical Society where he remained with the organization until his death. His children will be forever grateful for the comfortable life he was able to provide for them. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his children Victor Flores (Deceased/Angie), Rosie Perez (Carlos), Olga Lydia "Cha-Cha" Flores, John Rene Flores (Michelle), Leticia Flores (Gloria), and Joe Mark Flores (Stephanie). He was blessed with 14 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Heaven has gained our most beloved blessing. He will live forever in our hearts.
